The company commenced business on 1st October 2010 as a wholly-owned Nigerian company established to manufacture PUF (Rigid Polyurethane) and PIR (Poly-Isocyanurate) foam insulation products.

The company manufactures, fabricates, and installs its various polyurethane rigid foam products, some of which include Prefabricated buildings, Sandwich panels, Insulation boards, Chemicals systems, and pre-cut pipe sections. Vitapur also performs in-situ insulation services by means of spray foam equipment and other Utility Equipment.

These panels are employed in the construction of Pre-fabricated modular Structures which can be used for several purposes such as Mass Housing Units, Residential Buildings, Schools, Commercial Buildings, and Temporary Site Offices.
Vitapur’s Sandwich panels are also being used for Cold stores, Walk-in freezers, Kiosks, Portakabins, Partitioning, drop temperature ceilings, quick shelter deployment needs, and other temperature regulated environments.
As part of its expansion drive, Vitapur just acquired a new state-of-the-art Sandwich panel production line. With its in-house trained personnel, state-of-the-art equipment, and strategic technical partners, Vitapur provides a cost-effective manufactured product. The newly acquired state-of-the-art Sandwich panel production line can produce a maximum length of 14.7m with varying thicknesses (between 40mm and 150mm); the first of its kind in West Africa.
Vitapur Polyurethane Rigid Insulation board (ISOboard) comes in various facings depending on the intended application. These Insulation boards can be used as a wall, floor, and roof insulation.
